I’m Rich – a London-based independent consultant trading as Dogwonder Ltd.
Front-end at heart, senior UX practice, accessibility and security as defaults. Twenty-five years shipping on the web: from bespoke WordPress plugins to multilingual multisite platforms to accessibility audits.
I write clean, considered code. I design for longevity. I work iteratively with people and teams — and I’ve been doing it since the web itself was new. I understand not just how the web works, but how best to use it to solve problems.
Long-term partners have included ONE Campaign, WikiTribune, The Chancery Lane Project, Redmonk, Durable Digital, Public Digital and RNID. I’ve worked with enough organisations to know that the problems are usually the same; the contexts just change.
Most of my time now goes on the agentic web — how sites, content and platforms stay useful when half the visitors are no longer humans.

The Chancery Lane Project
Web platform for a global network of law firms using legal frameworks to help organisations reduce emissions. I contributed to the GEO-readiness Markdown for Agents plugin here, too.
ONE.org
Multisite, multilingual platform (WordPress + ActionKit) for a global campaigning movement working to end extreme poverty. 11+ years of continuous work, latterly a full audit.
350.org
Built a centralised WordPress plugin to deploy a multilingual Usercentrics cookie banner across 100+ 350.org sites, consolidating consent management and GTM configuration into a single deployable package.
WCCF – Data Explorer
Built an interactive data explorer for the World Cities Culture Forum, comparing cultural indicators across 40+ cities. Eleventy static site with a JSON data layer.
Tropical Isles
WordPress and WooCommerce site for a carnival-arts charity — events, community, cultural impact. Small but mighty.
WikiTribune
Collaborative journalism platform founded by Jimmy Wales. Experimental, opinionated, WordPress under the hood.
World Cities Culture Forum
WordPress build for the World Cities Culture Forum, a network of 40+ global cities collaborating on cultural policy. Custom theme, editorial workflows.
RNID
Accessible web platform for the UK's national hearing-loss charity, built around the GOV.UK Design System. The kind of work where a11y is the brief, not a line item.

WordPress theme for a digital-transformation consultancy working across public and civic services. Calm, content-first, legible at scale.
